STAFFING SURVEY

     We hope you sense the positive energy growing in our congregation and we want to continue to prepare ourselves for whatever the future holds. Recognizing the extensive process of hiring new staff, our Session has established a "Staffing Task Force" to evaluate upcoming staffing needs. A survey has been created to help in that evaluation process. Understandably, additional staff will affect our church budget. Our Finance Committee keeps a close eye on maintaining the financial health of the church, so you can rest assured that no hires will be made that the church cannot financially support. Thank you for prayerfully including your perspective in our research, and thank you for taking the time to share some of your thoughts about the future staffing needs of GCPC.
